Secrets and Clues
A shadow road lies between Nurduran and Ashadar called the Scholar's Path. It's heavily guarded and watched by agents of both Parsis and Ibbalan.
The Scholar's Path is used to transfer gold between Ashadar and Nurduran for the war effort in the north west.
Ibbalan the Illustrious is heavily engaged in the current holding of Kyprion and Rumela, taken from the Seven Cities. The battles have been costly.
Ibbalan, Parsis, and Atesha all fund the Sharpened Coin mercenaries and the supply lines of the conscripted army being sent to Kyprion and Rumela.
The other six morza fund their own armies from their own treasuries.
